How in the world can I keep the ants out of my humming bird feeder????

No matter where I hang it, they find it and crawl inside. Even tried hanging it from fish line. No luck.

WD-40 worked for me. Don't get it on the feeder just the wires it hangs from. The ants can't/won't climb down into the feeder. I haven't had an ant all summer.

I am not sure if you can.  It needs to be cleaned regularly.  Good luck.  I gave up as it was too much work for me!  Ant info at bottom of link.  Good info!  Good luck!
