  1. Children belong with their mommy. Marry was the victim. She went to jail for protecting herself from an abusive husband, she done her time and now it's time to put her family back together.

  2. WOW thats a hard one..I dont think she should be out already at all though!

  3. She spent 12 days in jail.. that was it?!?!

""""Sentenced to three years in prison, she received probation for most of it, spending only 12 days in jail after her sentencing and two months in a mental health facility before being released.""""

    Isn't murder still murder??

If that was me, I would have been put away for life.. she didn't even do any time really.

What did that poor couple think when she came to the door to pick up them kids, there in their doorway was the woman responsible for their son's death. It's crazy!

I don't really know the story behind it but I am a strong believer that if a woman is being abused or is unhappy.. LEAVE! Her story is what happens when you sit and deal with it.

    I just don't get it...

May God Bless her and those children!

  4. i thought mary only had a little lamb...

  5. These days people don't have any morals, so the fact that she murdered her husband, & then was granted custody of the children, isn't just...But what can you expect, if The USA can sell off the consitusion as they call God an issue?...Nothing surprizes me anymore! Nothing.

  6. I believe that physical abuse is plenty good enough reason to fight back.....especially given the situation (he was a minister, who was going to believe her). She meant no harm to her children and was a good mother.

  7. I don't know the whole story but when I read this, I assumed she killed her husband out of self defense or abuse...and this can cause someone to want to protect themselves...so I see no reason why she can't be a mother to her kids...especially the sentencing she got...it was like 3yrs and most of it is gonna be done in house arrest...so yeah, there had to be enough evidence or it was obvious that this was a clear cut case of self defense....thats why she got the sentencing she got and the Winkler Grandparents are just angry and are trying to keep the kids...they should have raised a better son...the article that i read said that their petition for parental rights was going to be dismissed...so the kids will stay with their mom.
