How in the world does a raw foodist get enough calories in a day just eating fruits and veggies nuts? ect

I'm Interested but wondering how to go abt it - I would like to try it for 30 days at least. Can you help with any suggestions? Thanks

  1. It's just a vegan diet, just not cooked

    The same amount of calories as a vegan

    Buddha was a pretty hefty guy, and he was vegetarian.


  2. Actually, Nuts have aLOT of Calories... And the REALITY is, most of Us eat WAY too many Calories to begin with (THAT's why most of Us could wear Jeans with the word "GOODYEAR" across the Backside -& it would be an accurate assessment of their Physique.). If you do it "right", a Vegetarian "foodist" can live very well Indeed off the Land... :)  

  3. You get to eat a lot, since veggies and fruits have few calories, which means you will feel full!

    Nuts have a lot of calories and (good) fats, so if you eat plenty of them you won't have to eat a zillion pounds of cabbage everyday!
