I was just wondering how hard the class is. To give you an idea about myself, I got a 3 on my calculus exam and a 3 on my english one too.I have maintained a 4.0 G.PA and am one of those people who will die before they get a B. Is physics more like AP history, where its not really hard, just a lot of memorization, or like calculus, where you actually have to understand the concepts. Am I a good candidate? how about this : which is harder, physics or calculus?

  1. It's pretty hard. I guess it just depends on who you get for your teacher.... My teacher was crazy and every test seemed like a final, but I'm sure you'll do okay.   :P

  2. I can assure you, AP physics is easier than calculus.  You do have to understand the concepts, and understand how to use the equations, but on a whole it is easier.  It would be helpful if you took some physics before, as students who take AP physics without ever taking any physics have struggled.  If you have taken physics before, based on the information you gave, I'd say it should be a cake walk for you.
