How is Australian health care set up?

I don't know but there are allot of places that have successfully structured a great health care system. When Obama gets into office he will get the best people & consult with them if he isn't already doing this & figure out what to do. I am not worrying about it cause when I pay my taxes with him in office I will feel I have hired a good President who will do his job & take care of these things.
