Biden was a good option for president to begin with. He got lost in the popularity contest between Hillary and Obama. It really made the Dems look bad.

He has received the blessing of the messiah.

Biden still sucks as the VP and he is still running for his Senate seat just in case Obama can't win the Presidency and he won't be the VP.

Biden is covering his bases just in case.
