I'm not finished reading it yet, but in my opinion....it's very bad. It's not ANYTHING like the other books. It's not just Edward and Bella anymore....now they are having a baby and everything is really serious and depressing, plus it's almost boring to read. I can't really get into it like the other ones. Breaking Dawn is a HUGE disappointment.

Breaking Dawn was....different. It just didn't have the same essence as the other books did. Meyers writing was much different from the first three books.(possibly influenced by her writing of The Host?) I thought it lacked the sweet innocence of Bella's and Edward's love, it just didn't seem the same. There were many aspects I loved but then there were others that just didn't rub me the right way. It gives a good tie off to end the series.....but it seemed....off. It was not as satisfying as I thought it would be. I love the series...but this book didn't seem to flow and fit in as well. It was fast paced...not exactly in a good way either..and kinda a lot of stuffed crammed in at once, which is what I think messed with the flow. So to answer your question it is neither good or bad because sometimes its one and sometimes its the other. I was surprised at my response, I thought it was going to be amazing, but like I said before to me it just feel sooooo much different than the other books in the series. I would get into specifics about my reasons but I would hate to give away anything in particular to those who have not read it yet. I would love to talk more about it with you if you would want to.
