  1. I went in February. It's about a 3 1/2 hour flight from  Miami. It is a very fun country, with beautiful towns and forests. There is a whole street in Bogota that sells emeralds. Watch out though unless you know what you are buying. Cartegena is gorgeous. You'll have a blast. I felt safe everywhere, and the people are so nice.

  2. If you leave NYC and no stops, youll get to Bogota about between 9 and 10 AM. Colombia is a great place. Just dont dress too flashy, show a lot of cash.. or leave your drink alone for 1 second in a bar. When you get in a taxi, always, always, always lock the doors. If you like Italian Food, Amarti in Usaquen is my fave. If you like meat, Id suggest Carbon De Palo on 106 and 19. Id also suggest a trip up the Colpatria tower, a trip to Monserrate on the weekend (Very empty during the week and e-z to get robbed) Id go dancing at Andres Carne de Res, eat at Crepes and waffles (The ice cream is great) Go to a movie and sit in preferencial, eat a picada in the mirador and dance there too, Id make a trip to Melgar and stay at the Kualamana and see the zoo there too. Check out the black pottery that you can only get there an one other place in Mexico.. Its a great place.. Just listen to your friends and dont go to places controlled by las Farc.

  3. COLOMBIA is beautiful but since everything has its bright side and another not so.

    Depends where they are

If you come to Bogota You can email.

SHOW YOU DO NOT MISS this city OK

  4. beautiful you should hit up barranquilla

  5. Yea it is pretty nice sweetie, depending on where you're going; it has improved a lot in recent years. For your safety, make sure you always go out with friends, and avoid flashing jewerly and money.

Your flight should take about 5 hours, so you should arrive by about 8 or 9am.

BTW I'm sure many Colombian boys will fall for you.

  6. 5hrs 20 min is what the pilot will say and its pretty much exact and depends where u going i just came back a few days ago i was there for a few weeks from el san pedro and it was amazing the older i get the more i go every year bogota, neiva, melgar, cali, cucuta, san andres whereever you go theres always somewhere to go and its lots of fun and ALIVE!!! stores always have good music to dance to the food you will LOVE its a million times better then here and im sure everyone that reads this will agree even sprite taste different.  youll love it dont worry a thing at alllllll. plus the clubs are amazing just dont drink to much lol
