What do you think of it? How is it compared to other brands as in quality, durability? Would you recommend this product? I saw an informercial about it this morning and I am in the process of doing some projects around the house, and I know I could really use this tool. However, I don't find it at Lowe's or Home Depot. I'll have to get it off the website. Do you have this? Do you like it? Let me know. Thanks. :-)

  1. The fein multimaster really is an outstanding tool and well worth its price.

It is a commercial grade heavy duty tool that should last a good long time under every day use. It's German made which is even better.

As a remodeler I use it every day.

You can get it at Woodcrafters if you have one near by.They also sell online.

  2.   An excellent product I have just recently secured, and yes E bay offers them.

New/decent they are pricey however, but as an overall, MULTI,,,well worth what you might want them to do.

One of the most obvious selling points and advantages is the function of the tool. It Oscillates, rather than spins, like a Roto ZIP (also an effective tool)

Newer is better in the sense of Multi, as features are constantly improved. I can go from cutting tile or grout, to door frame molding, already installed, to then install any type of flooring. I can cut drywall, to install a box and receptacle without so much mess, in dust and other residue.

This is a decent company, a decent product, and one that should be around for a long time for those of us in the trades.
