How is Grand Sunset Princess?

Question

I will be going there in July 08' and I was just curious about what activities there are at the resort and I was also wondering if is a nice clean place to stay. Thank you for taking your time to answer this.

It's a nice overall hotel.  More on the ritzy side and less on the fun/party atmosphere side.  Cleanliness is okay.  I've seen better I've seen worse.  The staff are nice, but don't expect much english down the hallways.
