How is Iceland when it comes to censorship?

Can people there read and write and say what they want and freely surf the internet? Etcetera.

yes, just like most anywhere else in the west.

although when i was there i couldn't find any p**n. i'm not sure if it's illegal or not. curious...

The Nordic countries (incl. Iceland) are among the most liberal what it comes to freedom of speech. Of course, you can't publish just ANYthing, like incite hatred against certain groups or advocate genocide or other things mentioned in the law.
