  1. che l nosto è buono e il vostro fa cagare!!!Hahahahahah

  2. Being an Italian who loves to cook and lives part of the year in the US, I can tell the difference firsthand.

Firstly, there are very few "Italian" eateries in the US where you can experience the real Italian taste, because they mostly overspice their sauces to satisfy the numbed tastebuds of the local customers.

Secondly, it's very difficult to get the right ingredients to cook Italian food at home. In nearly every grocery shop in the US you could find authentic French wine and Dutch beer, but when it comes to Italian stuff you could find "Asiago" cheese made in Wisconsin, or "Romano" cheese made in the USA with cow milk (which is an abomination, since anybody knows that the original "pecorino romano" is made from sheep milk).

I am personally on a mission to teach my American friends and relatives how real Italian food is much better and healthy than the supposedly "Italian" stuff they sometime gorge themselves up with, and to convince grocery shop owners to wipe away the poorly made imitations of Italian foodstuffs from shop shelves, and replace them with the real thing.

After all, nobody would buy a BMW or a Harley-Davidson made in China, so why put up with lousy surrogates when it comes to stuff that you eat?

  3. it used to be ingredients but now with such a global economy and imported ingredients available at most better supermarkets, you can come close.

  4. Italy is a country of regional cuisines; there is no single type of generic "Italian food".

Most of what we consider to be "Italian" is actually cuisine from the northern provinces, where tomatoes are a primary ingredient.

Bologna, Tuscany, Napoli, and Sicilian cuisines are all considered to be "Italian" (among other areas not mentioned) but each has its own characteristics.

  5. Bad Boy is very close..

The soil ,,vegetables and herbs grown in Europe any where.. Is far less than our American soil fertilized by millions of years of our Bison roaming the new world..

Remember many people drink only certain brands of common tap water fooled by hype..

  6. The main difference is the ingredients in italy are different then the US so that effects taste. The way the food is prepared may not be the same. The food here has a US twist making it more american- ized then italy but some great restaurants and local kitchens can make it taste just right.

  7. Ingredients. When I was in Italy I didn't find too much difference (I mean, how many different ways can you make pasta w/ tomato and basil sauce?). The meats in Italy are tastier (read: fattier) and the cheese is saltier. Beware the pizza; if you're used to Pizza Hut, you're in for a rude awakening. They don't load up the pizzas like they do in the US, but the flavors will knock your socks off.
