How is Kukatpally Area?

I am thinking about buying house in Kukatpally. I am not from Hyderabad but want to settle down in Hyderabad so please send me detail information about Kukatpally including accessibility, schools, restaurants, safety, transportation, cost of living, and acceptance of non-telgu by local peoples.

I say your decision is the right one. As kukatpally is the most happening residential area in Hyderabad. With the recently laid spinal road to Madhapur(the IT Hub in Hyderabad) most of the IT and BPO sector employees are planning to settle down here.

Now answering your remaining part of the question about accessibility etc.

        Accessibility: 15kms from the main part of the city (1/2 hour  drive from the main part of the city)   6 Kms From Madhapur (5-10 Mins drive)

      Schools and  Restaurants : there are a lot of good school including some International Schools and some good Rstrnts.

      Cost of Living : Cost of Living in Hyderabad in general is very

                               low compared to other metros

    and acceptance part, I say there are mostly people from the Andhra areas who mostly speak Telugu and hardly understands Hindi or English, that might be little problem for you.
