How is Manchester United TV Online different to MUTV?

I heard that if I cant avail service of MUTV then I can acess for MUTV Online. So I want to know the difference between MUTV Online and Simple MUTV. If someone can tell me difference between them then please reply me.

MUTV is available via your television set. MUTV Online is a highlight service that you can watch on your PC. MUTV Online is made up of interviews, news and match highlights. It costs £4.50 per month via Direct Debit or £45 for an annual subscription. It is available worldwide.
