He won't check his track record in Illinois, he was against longer prison sentences for drug dealers and gang banger in his State. He the kind of guy that wants to let you do what ever you want as long as you come to him for what you need.

As in any president, he won't have all that much control. Parents need to raise their kids not to be Groupies...or not to hang around people that are twice their age. Not saying Kelly had the right, not at all, but it could have be prevented, if the child was not allowed to go un-attended. I've raised all my kids and knew what their personalities were. There's just some things that kids should not be allowed to do, because of who they are. And maybe now that R.Kelly is a known predator, parents will keep a better eye on their children, around him, ya think?
