  1. How timely!  I was just asking my co-workers this because I'm hungover so I need to get my cure (steak and eggs).  Those that I asked haven't been there.  I'll make a reminder to tell you how it was.

ETA: Well I wasn't overly impressed but the place is clean and the service is very attentive.  I'll use the place as a call ahead and pick up on the way home.  I think some of the entrees you can get cheaper at other diners but overall, it's a good eat.

  2. Ray's was great back in the day before it was robbed and they had a bar...

not a bad choice for the area...

there is another diner on dekalb a couple blocks north as well...

  3. Ray's is very good and has a lot of variety.  Their hours are kind of odd as I think they are only open 8-8.  It limits me going there during the week due to work.

For breakfast, I prefer the Double T diner right down 202 towards Blue Bell.  They have better food (imho), cheaper prices and are open 24 hours.  The back of their menu features many unique and delicious breakfast items I have not found anywhere else.

Try them both, you won't be disapointed.
