How is Wal-Mart reacting now that Smith's(Kroger) now has $4 medicine prescription for customers?

has anyone heard or read anything now that other stores are offering $4 medicine prescription for customers? Does this mean Smith's(Kroger) and Wal-Mart are going to fight over medicine?Will this help the public(customers) at all? What are people's thought's on this here about it? Should Wal-Mart be worried about this?
