How is West Palmdale California?

Question

I am thinking of moving there from NYC. I am 31 , white, and want to set up a music school for piano lessons.

Please answer the following:

1. is it safe there?, crime situation?

2. what is the ethnicities there?

3. Can i do well setting up a piano school there?

4. What is the vibe of the people there? attitudes?,

Hi, my name is Aerial, i'm 18 and I am a theatre actress, singer, and dancer.

I have grown up in East Palmdale, which is the "ghetto" side of town.  I went to high school on the west side because it's a better area, and the schools on the west side are great.

West Palmdale is beautiful and safe, hardly any crime there.

West Palmdale is primarily white, while east palmdale is primarily black and hispanic.

We really need more music schools out here!! So if you were to set one up, that would be great.  There aren't many music schools in the Antelope Valley.

People here are great, friendly, and the west side is the "ritzy" side of town. The houses are big and nice, there is no crime, it's near the mall, and i really think you will like it here.

plus, it's only an hour north of los angeles.

West Palmdale is arguably the nicer area of Palmdale. Although safety is a relative term, the crime on the west side is lower than the east side of town and median home prices are higher on the west side as well. Obviously you want to perform due diligence on competition, but you could probably do well depending on your qualifications. Best of luck!
