Just like Brian R said...it's scripted.  It's called SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT for a reason.  It's exactly that, entertainment.  Yes, then getting hurt and etc. is real but it's all scripted and the results are pre-determined.  The reason they released the last ref. was because he messed up a match in which the miz was supposed to break up a 3 count and when miz missed his cue or something morrison tried to kick out but the ref. missed that and just went along and caused him to lose.

some of the slams and grapples

The things which are real but are performed right are things like the undertaker throwing mick foley from the top of the h**l in a cell, if that was performed by some person that WWE picked off the street then the results would have been disastrous

Wrestling is scripted, meaning it is predetermined. They have bookers, and storyline writers to help make the storylines and then the booker creates the ending of the match. All pro wrestling is choreographed, it is like a show. It is sports entertainment and I love it.

It isn't what it pretends to be. It is a legitimate athletic activity, but it isn't a fight in the sense of a dual. It's choreographed. I respect guys that weigh that much who can do what they do. But every step is rehearsed

and the outcome is predetermined. Maybe it would help if you realize it is just like a version of stage fighting... the kind that guys do in movies.

Anyone who tells you it's real in the sense of an unrehearsed show is naive. Half the moves, if executed in the real world, would kill or cripple the recipient.
