How is a condom suppossed to fit??

Are there supposed to have little like ripples in some places or is it supposed to be really tight where is looks like its stretched? When I put on a condom there are little ripple things but it doesn't come off? Is this normal?

the ripples are good, you have to make sure there is extra room for the s***n and sperm.

A condom is supposed to fit snug enough to where it can't slip off easily, but not too tight that it constricts. If it feels really tight, chances are it's too small. Too small of a condom could rip and you end up with a lot of problems.

If it doesn't slip off and doesn't feel too tight, it's probably the right fit for you. Ripples or not, that doesn't matter. Just the factor that it isn't too tight and isn't coming off easily is the thing you need to make sure of.
