    A pack of cards is made up of 13 cards in 4 suits.

    Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen & King.

    Diamonds, Hearts, Aces & Spades.


  2. its because there is 4 different symbols(heart,spade,club and diamond)and there is 13 different cards. and each card is each symbol so

    13x4 is 52 not including jokers
