  1. If you have no idea where to start at all I would suggest you looking into HTML and CSS coding. These are two ways of coding web pages.

You can use programs such as Dreamweaver (which I use) Microsoft Frontpage and there are many others. If you really wanted you could start learning coding and use notepad. It won't be on the internet, but it will show you what it would look like. Once you have got to grips with what makes a website then I would suggest you buying a domain name or if you like a free site such as freewebs (although I think there pointless). Once you have one you can make a proper website.

If you are not going to bother putting in the effort to learn about coding or creating a website then I would say don't bother. But if you really want to do it then go for it.

This might help you when you start.

Then I would use this to learn all the tags and what they mean and what they are used for.

  2. First of all you need someone host it ...type >>website hosting<< on google or yahoo.

It will ask you to pick an DNS name eg mywebsite.com or .co.uk, biz .org

You can get free ones but they are very restricted. Sometimes with ads etc.

Dreamweaver is the professional software, but you have to really understand HTML ASP Flash if you want to really become good.

frontpage , ulta edit even notepad can be used.

You can enrole on courses for this

  3. To get a web site you need a domain name and a host.

Most hosts also sell the domain name.

Yahoo.com will sell you a domain name and be a host.

So will godaddy.com and many other companies.

The domain name can cost between $10 to $35 depending

on which name you want (.info cost more than .org) and who is selling it.

The hosting plan varies depending on how much bandwidth you use.

(Using Flash programming will increase bandwidth as does music and video.)

Shop around for the best deal.

    As for software.  It takes awhile to learn any software.  The easiest might be the editor that came with Netscape 7.0 (which is discontinued.}

Nvu is another one.  Joomla is also becoming popular.

    You can visit:

download.com and tucows.com and look for "web page editor"

and find many to choose from.  Some are free!  For the one you

pay for, use a search engines to type in the name of the software and add "+ review" to see what others think of the package.

    I use Nvu.

  4. u do it on a website

  5. two websites meet

9 months later out pops a baby google
