  1. It's definitely a rebuilding year for the Razorbacks.  A majority of last years offensive production is gone (McFadden/Jones, and the top 4 recievers (yardage).  On defense, the top 5 or 6 tacklers are gone.  Combine that with a new coach, an SEC schedule, with an OOC game @ Texas, and I'd have to say it's most likely going to be a bit ugly.

I see 3 sure wins in La-Monroe, W. Illinois, and Ole Miss.  A trap game in Tulsa, although it is late, and the defense may come along by then.  Depending on how the team comes together they could beat Kentucky and South Carolina late in the season.  So somewhere between 3 and 6 wins, unless there's a load of hidden talent on both sides of the ball.

Petrino's a pretty good recruiter, so the next few years should see Arkansas back in contention for the SEC.  Hopefully the fans will be patient, and not run Petrino out of town.

  2. 7-5

  3. 3-10.  No Felix Jones or McFadden makes an average team horrible.

  4. They will finish as the worst team in the SEC West.  They have no one returning who is critical to their success, and they will suffer a bit for a few years until Petrino can prove that he's not going to jump ship at first sight of land.

  5. Totally Awesome. (biased answer) Actually because of the loss of many key players and the lack of experience I think the Hogs will struggle a bit, but I don't think it will have anything to do with Petrino. Arkansas is bound to have a tough year no matter who the coach is. It will take a couple of seasons to see what Petrino can do with the Razorbacks. However, in my opinion Arkansas should be a real contender in a couple of seasons.
