well it's the difference between s**y and sleazy.  being s**y in the club is different then being s**y in the office.... same outfit but sleazy in the office.  too many people seem to think showing every part of the body or o*****e is s**y - they are very wrong - that is disrespecting yourself IMO and sleazy.

It can be disrespectful of yourself.  However, you can be s**y without being trashy.  It's not a crime to flaunt your woman-hotness!  

Honestly, today I batted some eyelashes and looked hot and it got me an awesome business contract!  Use what you've got.  Granted, I have the brains to fall back on.  

I actually did a test today, I had to talk to business owners to rent retail space.  I wore jeans and a hoodie - I was chased away by psycho old men and verbally abused.  Some guy threatened to call the police on me and another refused to listen to me.  So, I came home, tossed on a skirt and nice blouse and the reception was very warm and everything worked out for me.  The first person I spoke to accepted my offer to rent me his space and negotiated a rate that was ridiculously low (I was willing to pay a LOT to use his parking space!!!)  

Honestly, work what you've got!!  I have the same charm whether I wear jeans or a skirt, however people seem more inclined to work with me when I'm looking sharp.  

I guess maybe it's disrespectful if you're a guy.  It's kind of disrespectful to take advantage of the guys who go "ga-ga" over a hot girl...But guys appreciate the eye-appeal, so it's a win-win!

(Granted, there can be too much of a "good" thing.  Like, I pull off s**y without revealing cleavage or thighs.  I'm quite reserved, but I think that's more s**y than putting everything on display)

I don't think is disrespectful, but I think it has to do with whether it is appropriate for the circumstance.  I mean you wouldn't wear a white top with a plunging neckline with a black bra showing all to an interview.

Being s**y is in no way disrespectful. I think it can be used as a weapon though but in some ways or places it can be inopropiate. If you are s**y and smart you are twice as powerful, because lets face it this is a society that puts a lot of emphasis on looks.

it is if you go up to a married man and flaunt it....this happened to me...he was the only married man in the joint and this chick went up to him and put her **** in his face. its disrespectful if your actions are over board..but dressing s**y is OK..as long as your in the rite place...

you can be s**y without being disrespectful.. it just depends where you are. like if your at church... dont try to be s**y.. but if your walking down the street...WORK IT GIRRLLL

There is a thin line between being s**y and being S****y.  And even though the line is thin, the differnce is huge
