How is blood kept good in the food industry?

how long can blood stay without it coagulating?

is there a way to freeze blood, and then get it going like before?

how long can a dialysis machine pump blood through without it coagulating?

This is for a very important project. please if anyone can fill me in with any of the above.

Food industry???  Well I am not sure about the Food guys but...if by coagulating you mean drying (coagulation typically happens in a body not outside) That varies greatly based on volume of blood, temp of room, surface area of exposed blood etc.  Yes you can freeze blood, a blood bank will typically refrigerate it not freeze it because this process will destroy some products, and it is not necessary, takes longer to prepare (warm) for human use.  In theory a dialysis machine could work indefinitely, though I would not want to live like that.
