How is cocaine geting into our cities?

I understand how marjiana is getting into out cities. That drug is easy because you can just grow it your self but where is cocaine coming from? My town is very small where is the drug dealers geting this from?

Probably smuggled in through peoples bodies. They roll the coke in long kind of plastic cigar shapes and then swallow loads of them take them to another country, go to the toilet to get them out... Then dealers buy huge amounts of it for cheaper than it is worth in bulk, then they spread that out to other smaller dealers who carry it into towns and sell smaller quantities of it

The coco bush is grown in South America, and the leaves are processed there to produce cocaine.  From there the drug travels by various paths to reach your town.
