  1. Well, you will get to choose the classes you want to take- for the most part that is- there are some that are required for all students, but you get to choose your major courses, you get to set your own schedule, the teachers/instructors will give you a syllabus on the first day that will outline what is going to be covered and what your assignments are for the entire semester and it is your responsibility to remember when they're do- don't expect them to tell you in class- your an adult now!  If you don't attend class, the teacher might not like you much, but you won't be getting any phone calls at home about it.  You can leave the campus for lunch, and you can schedule your lunch break anytime you want it.  Or you might take all of your classes at night or you can decide to only go Monday-Thursday.  You can decide to take all of your classes on Tuesday and Thursday and then work the rest of the week.  College means freedom.  You will meet people from surrounding communities whom you may not have ever met before and you will make a bunch of new friends.  The high school cliques don't exist at college and nobody cares if you come to class with your hair in a messy pony tail and pajama pants on- or sweatpants.  The days of having to make sure you have the top of the line brand name stuff doesn't matter anymore.  In college everyone is broke, so nobody cares if you wear Wal*Mart clothing.  That's the basics!

  2. Tons.

You can drink in college...but you also have to write papers that resemble small books.

  3. High school is free. and wayyyy easier.

In college you pay thousands of dollars for an education.

Plus you have to write a whole bunch of paper that will take you forever to finish.

but college life is so much better. especially the parties.
