  1. I agree with Seb. It's a miserable place to live if you are an honest hard working sort.

  2. Depends where in England!!

  3. oh dear, Seb, are you having a bad day? .. well it's Friday and I always feel low on a Friday, so have a cuddle (xxxx)

UK is expensive and we're heading for a depression which is why everyone is feeling so miserable ... as far as I can make out we're not the only ones heading for a depression either which is doubly miserable cos we can't move somewhere else to get away from it

but hey, the sun was shining today and I'm planning a week's summer break in the country ... just hope I don't need to take out a mortgage to pay for the petrol to get there

  4. Old and Cold according to Kylie Minogue and expensive according to me. A burger will cost you 4 pounds in MC Donalds thats at least 7 Dollars and 700,000,000 In Zimbabwean currency.

  5. pretty good, I'm loving it and I'll through you a party if you come over!!!!!!

  6. if you wanna be in debt the come over to england

  7. things aren't so good at the moment.

things are getting ridiculously expensive, for example, Petrol for cars is at £5.50 a gallon which is about $11

society is getting violent. People seemed to be getting murdered everyday. The latest one was two students in their home in London, who were tied up tortured, stabbed, then burnt when the house was set on fire.

the governemt is incompitent and does't have a clue how to sort it out, then there are not enough jobs for everyone becuase we have had so much immigration over the past few years. There are about 5 million Brits unemployed and because of the increasing price of everything like food and electrcity, and wages staying the same more people are slipping into poverty.

Housing is ridiculously expensive. The Average house price acorss the whole of the UK is $220'000 which is $440'000 and you don't get a lot for your money.

The majority of the youth of today are uneducated, have no respect for society and no respect for anyone. They find it entertaining to get drunk in public and then cause chaos.

this is the reason why thousands of Brits pack up every year and leave to different countries.

all in all, it's not so good these days

it's a shame to see a once great country going downhill so rapidly.

i will get lots of thumbs down for this answer, but i'm only speaking the truth, there may be areas of the UK where it isn't as bad as this, but for the majority of people, life is a struggle at the moment.

let's just hope it turns around soon, because when things are going good, there is no where better to be in the world

Edit: No Carina, not a bad day .. you try living in Oldham all your life and see how you feel. i'm just getting a bit sick of the state of the country i'm having to grow up in, and it's frustrating. I'm just telling the story from my perspective, an honest opinion, nowt wrong with that
