  1. You can buy big fish like tuna and before you cook it, you can slice that into desired sizes.  Then you can either steam it with the mixture of oyster sauce and citrus fruit.  Using citrus fruit juices is a must to remove it's fishy odor. So that when you eat it, you can eat it comfortable like eating beef or pork.

The other way to cook it is by simply using citrus fruit juices with oyster sauce and flour for you to fry it and eat it with sweet sour sauce.

Hmmmmmmm, so yummy!!!!!! Now I am hungry, ha, ha, ha, ha, haaaaa!!!!

    Happy eating :) GOD BLESS!

  2. Raw materials are placed into a special mill where they are ground into pieces.  After going through an anti-contamination process, the ingredients are transferred to a mixing drum.  Here they are combined and the mixture is then conducted through a series of tubes to a big vat where hot water, and other nutrients are added.

After the different ingredients have been combined, the liquid mixture is pumped on to the drying cylinders.  Here the moisture is removed and the thick "soup" is transformed into a paper-thin film.

Different type of mixtures (about 6) are produced individually, dried and ground into flakes.  The next step takes place in huge mixing drums, where the different flakes (red, green, brown, yellow, etc.) are combined together.  The finished product is then packed into cans.
