Install yahoo mesenger with latest version available (by downloading from net.

Login to yahoo messenger, add your contacts with your friends/whoever you need to contact, and (if your yahoo messenger is ver 8.1), point with mouse on your contact, you will see one pop up with options>instant message, call, sms, & mail tothat particular contact. Press on call button, and follow the wizard (first time) of setup with call assistant. (You must have a mic+earphone/speaker). If both users (you and other) installed same version of yahoo messenger, you will get a best voice quality.

It is possible to call pc to pc only with free call facility, and if you charge your yahoo messenger with phone out option, you will be able to call pc to phone (mobile/land phone) at a cheap cost.

(From my experience and I was using the yahoo PC to Phone facility)
