its used in everything. Without geometry and the pathagoream theorem (a squared + b squared = c squared) we wouldnt be in space because we wouldnt be flying.

yea, its used in all of those.  Such as, what design best fits 17 oz of soda/pop, while using the least amount of material

or what geometric design uses the least amount of material, but supports a roof of a house the best?

what's the best angle to shoot at in order to shoot the farthest?  a 45 degree angle

its not used often... maybe to see if a tree is going to hit your house or something, other than that its kinda pointless
