  1. shes wearing eyeliner.. Katy Perry is Hawt btw. ;)

  2. It's just a bit of eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara. Of course there is probably foundation and photo-shopping, too. It doesn't look like anything remarkable application-wise. Surprised you picked this picture out as a great make-up job - not that it's not nice, but doesn't seem like anything other than normal make-up.

    Mascara, applied to lashes.

Eye-liner applied on the lids and under the eyes, possibly a little smeared.

    Eye shadow on the eyelids.

Finally, whole picture probably changed from what it originally looked like by photo-editing.

  3. That's pretty similar to how I do my makeup so I'll just explain to you how I do mine haha.

Once you've done your foundation and blush (which should be a pink if you want to look like her rather than a plum or a orange):

    1. Black pencil eyeliner on the bottom lid ABOVE the lashline on that pinkish part that some girls tend to get squirmish about. Just gently pull down your lower eyelid with your non-applying hand and put a line from one side to the over covering all the pink area but watch out for the tear duct.

    2. Black pencil eyeliner on the top lid ABOVE the lashline. Take your time and be careful to get it as close to the lash as possible. You don't want a really fat line, it's meant to define the lash more than anything. I usually find that closing your eyes and pulling the outer corner towards your ear and tilting your head back slightly helps you get a nice clean line because the skin is tight.

    3. Dark gray eyeshadow and an eyeshadow brush (a brush with actual bristles). Make sure you don't load up the brush too much and start applying close to your top lash line and fill outwards until you get to the crease between your eye and brow bone. You don't want to fill any higher than this but blend outwards a little to give a smoky effect.

    4. Put on a couple of layers of black mascara and curl your lashes first if you need to.

    5. Go over the bottom eyeliner and put a small amount of eyeshadow at the corner of your eyes and blend up into your eyeshadow and down slightly around the bottom of your eye.

  4. By the appearance of the image, eye liner and dark eye shadow are used. Along with a shade of foundation very close to her natural skin tone. And lip gloss.

What you must remember about that photo though is she would have had a very bright light directly on her face, which adds to the effect of the make up. I also suspect Photoshop or something similar was used to airbrush and correct the image. With this in mind, you would find it very difficult to directly replicate the appearance; but you can get close.
