How is houston traffic on 1-45 heading to 610 from friendswood at 9:30?

I'm trying to find out what is a good time to leave for class by 10.

Its a total nightmare.  I lived in Kemah till about a year ago.  I was driving from Kemah to downtown daily and the contsruction and traffic was always bad.  Sometimes it would take me 45 minutes to 90 minutes.

it moves at normal speed by the time, usually...cross your fingers that it does. I would leave a little earlier in case of accidents

Don't they have construction going on there?  Last time I was there (a couple of weekends ago) they had two parts of the freeway closed.  You might want to leave a little early.

You can't count on that since a wreck can wreck your day.  Leave early.
