How is ict used in the street lights?

Well, mostly an electrronic circuit is used using a potential divider(a resistor and light Depenedent Resistor) in serioes(next to each other) then  a PIC Chip is used or another Chip of some sort and a flowol chart diagram. The chart diagram and programme is made on computer and loaded onto the PIC Chip using computer.

The flowol chart diagram will be somet like

Is light level lower than 800lux, if not, return to start If yes, go forward

then anotehr instruction and then another and so on
