How is it authentic actually i received a job openings mail from shell oil company london?

"14-18 Heddon Street" seems to be an enormous collection of PO Boxes for hundreds and hundreds of businesses.

Why wouldn't Shell Oil write you from their own offices, rather than an address they apparently share with "Lady Sonia, Britain's Premier Mistress of Strictness", "Medical Exam Preparations, Inc." and "2:1 Dissertations, Inc." (who will write your dissertation for you, for a fee!) among others?

No chance at all that it is genuine, for many reasons.

Presumably you never applied or attended an interview.

The letter is clearly not written by a native English speaker.

A letter like this would never start 'Dear Staff'.  It would be written to you personally.

The pay is obviously at least 6 times the salary someone could expect for a starting position entitled only 'staff'.

A decision regarding such an appointment would be dealt with by Personel or Human Resources, not a Board of Management (whatever that is).

The purpose is obviously identity theft fraud.  This will be apparent by the blanks you are required to fill in on the letter which will also include your signature and this is why they want it scanned.
