Do men and women tell the magazines/t.v. or do the magazines tell the men and women what women should look like?

It's all Greek to me.

  1. Beauty is defined from culture to culture.  Each culture has their standard of beauty.  However, here in the United States we look at slender, sleek and natural beauty as a thing to be desired--- HOWEVER, every woman certainly does not fit into that category.  The reality is that all women have to bring out their beauty features to the best of their ability.  The richer ones can do more because they can consult professionals.  But most of the average women, just have to look in the mirror and make their judgments.  The true beauty of every woman lies inside.  For outward appearances and looks can fade, be destroyed or disfigured.  But inward beauty will never fade---- it will get lovelier and lovelier. --- Be Encouraged --- Toni D.

  2. Theres no telling what a women should look like. The magazines tell them.

  3. There is no way a woman should look like. Oh im a woman and i have to wear a pink puffy dress to make people think im a woman. I wear football jerseys and jeans and baggy sweat pants, soccer shorts, basketball shorts, got a problem?

  4. no magazine editing & television are BUSINESSES. They just put pretty people on the cover to get more attention; you see?

By the way, what women should look like is decided by men, not the magazine/tv industry.
