How is it impossible to eat raw toast?

Heard it as a joke, but isn't raw toast bread .... i do not get it :S

you cant eat raw toast because there is no such thing. it would be bread therefore youre eating bread and NOT raw toast.

Well you could toast your bread and after it "pops" from the toaster you could leave it for a few hours and then it would be cold and maybe "raw"

I mean you can buy precooked raw cold chicken
