This is the 3rd consecutive match England has had to play Alain Rolland as well as the opposition - can't they ask for a different ref?!?

  1. Beast the aussies!sThe ref 's Irish and half blind (or pissed)!!

  2. What was the half time score?  Cannot get the game here in the states.

  3. England won so stop complaining!  Maybe they'll get him in the final!

  4. Well in my opinion England were gifted a penalty in their favour, which to me was not offside. The ball was marginally out of the English scrum when an ozzie played it, the ref gave penalty under the posts almost. You should be thankful you had that ref

  5. To be fair, the only bad decision so far has been on the collapsed scrum, and Mortlock missed the kick anyway. HIs other decisions have been spot on. England need to be more disciplined - having said that, though, it's a REALLY good start for England.

  6. Why worry?

They are leading Aus 6-3 29 mins into 1st half!

  7. Maybe the Australia's should work on their scrummaging because lets face it they were outclassed, out muscled and complacent against a better drilled, better conditioned English pack.

They should be banned because lets face it they still have a lousy scrum and again England exposed them.  The scrum is dangerous enough but if they can't compete then they shouldn't be putting down scrums. It could cause some very serious injuries.  The players looked scary, seeing their heads exposed at awkward angles, very dangerous and something has to be done about it.
