  1. Have you self diagnosed the pcos or has a doctor done so?

If it was a doctor they should have given you dietary and exercise advice as part of your treatment.

If it is a self diagnosis go see a doctor find out what is actually wrong with you, whilst you may well be right they will tell you and advise better than here.

  2. if you're trying to lose weight you should really give Acai Berry a shot! i saw it on oprah and i'm trying it myself right now.. got a 14-day FREE trial from this site!

  3. Eat several small measl instead of three bigones......drink plenty of water and no soda........And dont eat 3 hours 4 bedtime......

When all else fails ...try hte Lil jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  4. Yes it is.  I've lost 40 lbs since I was diagnosed.

My nutritionist gave me the advice to control and balance my diet.  Along with eating at regular times everyday, I was told to eat 45g carbs max at every meal, 3 times a day.  I was also told to eat 2 snacks, consisting of 15-20 carbs max.  Sounds hard, but after keeping track for a few months, its like second nature.  Food logs help too, keeping track of calories, carbs, and protein for the day.

She also told me to each lean protein at every meal/snack.  Whether it be  dairy or meat protein.

What you are doing now should help.  And with PCOS, it is really a case by case basis on what will work.  Try to see if you can get a referral to a nutritionist.  She has made such a difference in my progress and I'm sure a nutritionist can help you too!
