How is it possible to tone up a stretched out belly, but not b*****s?

i want to know what the difference is between the two areas of the body. everyone says i can tone up my post baby belly, but if it is only skin..how is that possible? b/c u can't tone up stretch out saggy b***s, so how is it possible to tone up a stretched out stomach??

i'm not looking for pity or advice to keep exercising. i just want to know why people say u can tone up the belly but not the b*****s. i just want some scientific yahoo answers..lol. thanks.

  1. The simple fact is, if you have extra SKIN over your abdominal area, there is only one way to get rid of it... plastic surgery (tummy tuck).  

    If, however, what you have left over from the pregnancy is abdominal FAT, then you can work it off to expose the underlying abdominal muscles.  This means, lots of cardio.  

    While crunches can strengthen your abs and core, they won't do much for defining the area if there is fat or skin covering it.  Make sense?

    b*****s, however, are made up of fatty breast tissue, which means there is absolutely no way of "toning" them.  You can however, build up your pectoral muscles which lie beneath the b*****s.  If you have smaller b*****s, toning the muscles underneath can give them the appearance of being more firm.
