i want to know what the difference is between the two areas of the body. everyone says i can tone up my post baby belly, but if it is only skin..how is that possible? b/c u can't tone up stretch out saggy b***s, so how is it possible to tone up a stretched out stomach?? i'm not looking for pity or advice to keep exercising. i just want to know why people say u can tone up the belly but not the b*****s. i just want some scientific yahoo answers..lol. thanks.
