How is it that when i put a video on my Sony Play Station Portable 89 percent of the time it's unclear?

When I have an mpg or avi file i convert it to mp4 using 123 movies 2 psp (which i bought) and now it gets all unclear when i put it on my psp. I need a clearer picture, HELP!!!

  1. the mp4 conversion probably sucked all the life out of the original file. once you compress something that much the quality usually suffers.

    If you are going from dvd to mp4 u may have luck with a program i use called DVDFAB Platinum. they support dvd rip to PSP format.

    Roxio videowave is another software program I use to convert media files.


  2. if it isn't more clearer, you can try a psp video converter to convert avi to mp4 or mpg to mp4 for playing on psp, I always use ImTOO PSP Video Converter,it is able to convert all video formats such as AVI, MPEG, H.264, 3GP, VOB (the video format used in DVD), DAT (the video format used in VCD), WMV, MP4, DivX, MOV, GIF, RM and ASF to PSP video MP4, H.264 AVC and PS3 video MPEG-4 (480p, 720p, 1080p).
