  1. Working at Tim Hortons is fun, however it can be really busy and Stressful. The people that you will work with will likely be amazing and it will keep you going to work everyday. Its good minimum wage work, not at all greasy, good training, good staff, good management system, fair hours, you most likely will receive a lot of benefits as well as free uniforms. Yes you have to wear a hairnet, but  they provide it and its virtually unnoticeable by yourself and the customers. You will have a lot of chance for advancement from counter to drive thru to sandwich unit and they may even train you for more. Working evenings is great, the pace is just right and the people are all generally student aged (I assume you are?).

Production is fun. I am a supervisor at Tim Hortons and am fully cross trained for every job in the store. Baking has its advantages and disadvantages. You will have to be able to keep up to demand in peak periods by keeping the showcase stocked and making enough product, however they will train you and you should be able to function perfectly after training, its more of a routine then anything else.

What the best solution for you would be to be is ask to be cross trained so that you can bake and work storefront.

Should you have any questions just ask, I can answer them with ease.
