It's mucus (on the paper). It is secreted by the stomach and intestines to lubricate and protect them.

It's not pleasant but looking at it is probably a good idea. It could let you know if something is wrong. If I were passing blood that might be a good thing to be aware of as early as possible.

It could be a bad gallbladder, or liver disease, seriously, it is bile

The gallbladder stores bile.  The liver, pancreas, and gallbladder all have to do with the system producing bile for the digestive tract.
