  1. We were created in Gods image to worship Him. He also supplies hope so just ask and He will give. To really answer your question, it is worth moving on because God is there for everything and its great to live with him. He will give you all you need.

  2. There are goals in life that not just hope can take you; find another guide, for all goals are worth it if you want it.

  3. Ignoring D-Snake's completely useless answer for non-Christians

Suicide is a noble option, and the right of all sapient things.  But when things seem at their worst, understand that there are two things you can do.  Wait it out, and if it's truly impossible for things to get worse, they won't.  Alternatively, find things to be happy about that you do have, rather than what you don't or no longer do.

The good and bad, they're all the product of our perception.

  4. Think of the one person in your life that truly makes you happy...the one person that would really miss you if you were gone....Trust me, once you have thought of that person you will see clearly your life is worth going on with!  I hope you feel better!

  5. We must believe in something greater than ourselves and that if God closes a door, that he will open the windows of Heaven. Try and not be so hard on yourself.  When my husband told me he wanted a divorce after 3 months of marriage it took the wind out of me. Things are better, but not the way I want them to be, remember who you were before all this took place. look at how far God has brought you, and most of all believe in yourself, even if you are not hearing from heaven. but if you believe you will be hearing from God. Sorry for your pain.                                                                 King David did not hear from God one of the greatest kings that lived, he said this about David he was a man after Gods own heart. So imagine if he didn't hear from heaven at times what it's like for those who don't believe, or have not the faith of David. This is what King David did he encouraged himself, until he heard a word from God, don't get me wrong King David did wrong, but his sorrow and sincerity of it helped God to have compassion for him. So praise God for the pain and encourage yourself with songs, that help you to be the best you can untill the darkness, at the end of the tunnel turns to warm lights. This too shall pass.  peace and blessing, don't think negative be encouraged.  Nothing is constant but change.            If you are not a believer this is a good time.

  6. My dear Dave...

I don't know, what circumstance made you feel sooooo "down& out"...but...let me tell you, honey...There's always a "straw" you can pull yourself up on...Just imagine...all those millions of underprivledged in the "Third World"-countries...who may not have their handfull of "rice" to eat, half starving to death, kids have to search in the garbage-pounds for "left-over"-food in order to get "something" in their stomach....those "skin & boned"  kids in Africa...suffering from malnutrition, HIV-infected kids near death.....Just think about THOSE "destiny's"...and then....look once again at : yourself in comparison to their "fate"...-You're : healthy, not starving to death, live in the greatest country of the world with all the opportunities there to take advantage of....and then...ASK yourself...:"Am I really..."hopeless"???  h**l  NOOOO !!! So : grab that "straw" & pull yourself out of your momentary "misery" -or- desolate state of mind & be THANKFUL that you ARE alive & well !!! Or: "shall I send you to...Bagladesch ???" ha-ha-ha-

Wishing you to lift your spirit, brighten your soul & put a SMILE on your face !!! Greetings from Germany & lots of love from...Annette***

  7. The practical answer is: try not to think about it.  Hope will come back on its own.  In the meantime just stay afloat and keep yourself busy.  This situation is out of your control anyway.  Wait it out and hope will cycle back around again just like every other phenomenon in this material world.

    And take heart : )

  8. Hope is never gone to make it through at all.  Hope is alive and well in all of us, including you.  Words and thoughts have power, more than you may realize until you test their power by saying the most powerful and healing words to yourself that you possibly can.

    Such as:

I am happy, healthy, peaceful and calm.

    This too shall pass.

    Time heals all wounds.

I am loved and I am lovingness.

    I love my pets.

Go out in the sunshine, and enjoy a leisure walk in a natural setting such as a park, or the beach.

You will transcend this, that is for sure.

P.S.  Also, if a negative thoughts creeps in just say the word "cancel" and replace the thought immediately with a very positive thought.

All thoughts are energy and your body will respond to what you mind says to it.

You can do it, and you will be well again soon if you try.
