A Very Simple Homemade Salad Dressing

        Extra Virgin Olive Oil

        Salt & Pepper

        Touch of Balsamic Vinegar

        Honey

        Teaspoon of Mustard w/seeds

        Grated Cheese

        Fresh Lemon Juice

This is a very basic salad dressing that is sure to please most people. Nothing dramatic, or hard, and you can even play around with the amounts of what you put in it.  Its great for summer as it combines the sweet and the citrus which should slightly dominate the dressing.

Simply take a little of each ingredient (splash of balsamic) salt, pepper, touch of honey, touch of gourmet mustard with seeds, extra virgin olive oil, squeeze of lemon, sprinkle of cheese and you are all ready to mix together with a fork.  You are all set!
