I can't tell you about that particular restaurant but I grew up near Edison and I still have family and friends nearby. Edison has one of the largest Indian / South Asian comm unites on the East Coast. That part of Jersey, from Monclaire to Edison, there are about 250,000 expats from Indian. So if that restaurant isn't what you want I'm sure you can find a better one pretty easily.
