Well, it depends on the person. I knew more at 20 but I was also entering into a bad phase of my life because that is when I got married, and neither me nor my husband were ready for that big of a commitment. They say life begins at 40 so I say BRING IT.

At 16 you almost have to listen to your parents and you don't really want to; at 20 you don't have to listen to anybody and you still don't really want to but you really should.

And you usually get more mail at 20 than at 16.
