  1. Ok  You can check it  your  self  @

    www.endi.com

    www.primerahora.com

    Puertorican newspapers

  2. If your from america don't move anywhere.  everyone hates america and you could be killed or stabbed or something.  either that or pretend to be canadian and have fun in puerto rico

  3. The economy is bad, but the island is still growing. I am a teenager living in puerto rico, and life can get pretty boring! But if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy life, its perfect!

P.s you are going to love your vacation!

  4. Have you ever been there?  It is a wonderful place to vacation and you'll be going during a nice time of year. You should also spend a week there in August when it's sweltering hot and humid, and realize that it will be like that for about half of the year.  And then go again during hurricane season and see if you still like it.

San Juan is a fairly big city with lots to do, lots of businesses, and good housing (many high rise apartment buidings). You have to figure that if you are looking for work, the strong preference will be for local people unless you have skills that are hard to find. And if you aren't fluent in Spanish, you are probably unemployable. And while San Juan, Ponce, and a few other cities have middle class populations, Puerto Rico is very poor - it is poorer than the poorest state in the U.S.  You really need to go a few times to check it out - not on vacation - but to do research. You also need to meet locals, visit neighborhoods, check out possible job opportunities, and only then consider this seriously.

  5. ok...its nice and the weather its nice and everything, but u have to b careful like in every other place and its hard to find a job because of the economy situation, but we are not going to kill u cause u r American, we actually give Americans our jobs and give them special treatment just cause they r American.
