How is math connected to the sport of Field Hockey?

  1. I suppose. Goals, assists, PIMs, Save %, GAA Avg. etc. It's all numbers. At least it is in ice hockey.

    I'm sure field hockey is the same.


  2. To understand how many people watch field hockey, one must understand the concept of the number "zero".

  3. if you score a goal in the first half and another in the second you have two goals

    1 + 1 = 2

    BILL - excuse me but whenever i play there is always at least 20 people watching

    *that does include the subs and coaches =P

  4. Think geometry and physics....which actually applies to any given sport.

  5. well in geometry class we had to caculate the angle from where the player stood to the top of the goal, and then had to determine whether or not the shot would make it
