  1. nowdays it is cultivated with artificial biological methods, for that they use mushroom beds made of wood dust and some agents along with it, it is called as TISSUE CULTURE

Mushroom is actually grown inside a building basically in compost.  It's normally hay with Urea soaked in it for several days/weeks.  Normally the process of making the compost makes the temperature rise. I dont know exactly what temperature mushroom is grown but I would guess the temperature to be around 80 degree F.

    When they have grown to the right size, someone comes and pulls them off and cuts them at the bottom so they look halfway decent.

  3. White button mushroom is grows at 22-25°C. But when myceliacover the all compost and case layer you must cool down at 15°C to trigger fruit production.
